Havana Egg Rolls
A crispy egg roll, packed with a delicious pickle twist! These are easy to make and even easier to devour!
Tonight at dinner time, I was inspired to try something new. I bought egg roll wrappers on a special sale and I really wanted to use them, so I started wrapping things up and came up with something too good to not share!
Havana Egg Rolls are so easy to make. You need only a few ingredients and a few moments to make these. They are a great appetizer or a great game day snack!
Egg Roll Wrappers
Zesty Pickle Spears
Oil for Frying
Place a teaspoon of cream cheese on the corner of an egg roll wrapper. Layer a slice of ham and a pickle spear on top. Tuck your edges in and roll. Seal edges with a little water on your finger.
Repeat until you have your desired number of egg rolls.
Place about an inch of oil in a saute pan, over medium heat fry your Havana Egg Rolls util they are crispy golden brown. Drain on a paper towel lined plate.
Serve warm and enjoy!
