Strawberry Cheesecake Float

Strawberry Cheesecake Float

Strawberry Cheesecake Floats are maybe the best thing to happen to cream soda... ever! Luscious and easy to make, this is the perfect way to cool off on a summer day, or to impress a guest with a refreshing drink that doubles as dessert.

This is one of the best ice cream floats I have ever had. It literally has cheesecake in it, so it is completely scrumptious, but when you add in ice cream and fresh strawberries? Hello...!

This float is a little more complicated than a scoop of ice cream and a splash of soda, but I promise you it is well worth the extra steps!

Ingredients:

Vanilla Ice Cream

Philadelphia Cheesecake Filling

Strawberry Ice Cream Topping

Graham Cracker Crumbs

A+W Vanilla Cream Soda

Whipped Cream

Sliced Strawberries

Directions

Add a small spoon of ice cream to the glass

Add a few strawberry slices

Add a spoonful of cheesecake filling

Sprinkle on some graham cracker crumbs

And a few more strawberry slices

Continue layering the toppings as you like

Then drizzle a little ice cream topping around the rim of the glass.

Top with soda, a squirt of whipped cream, and a strawberry slice for garnish.

This is so good, you should be prepared to make another round. Trust me, everyone will want another one!
